im gettin a constant ping of 150-200 in every server and 50-90 choke...

i told u its cus they freaking messed up ur config.
thas what happens if u amx_hack someone too omg-_-
ill jus send u a new config. then replace ur old one with it.
if that does not work its the rates. but since you said you fixed ur rates its prolly the internet.
just chilll. and see what happens for like 3 days.

If your having trouble In the .gF server, its more then likly not your Fault, its the server that we have Too many dam Sprites and unnessassary shit on it
